Listing setup
It's about the right details. Ex: Close to uptown and restaurants. Alt: 4min to city center, walk to a local breakfast bistro
Setting prices and availability
We don't try to compete with other Airbnbs. There's too many. Instead, make yours desirable so there's less competition.
Booking request management
We have a script we've perfected over and over so the guests are not offended or discouraged, but they still understand.
Guest messaging
We're available from 8:30AM EST to 12AM EST (sometimes later). Our phones are always close so we respond almost immediately.
Onsite guest support
We always make sure the guests have more than they need. But should they need anything else, we stop by to make it right
Cleaning and maintenance
We don't clean ourselves, but we have a process with our cleaners that has absolutely minimized any mishaps.
Listing photography
We don't believe in retouching as that's only misleading, however, we take bright, clear photos from great angles.
Interior design and styling
We design spaces according to their surroundings. Ex: a cabin is rustic, city is modern. An Airbnb should be an experience.
Additional services
Decorating, setting up listing, creating a fully detailed and organized guidebook / check in and check out guide.
