My services
Listing setup
I use a property management system called hostaway. It allows me to host your property across multiple booking sites.
Setting prices and availability
I price my services based on your property and amount of services you choose , it ranges between 10-20%.
Booking request management
By using hostaway it makes sure there are never multiple bookings on the same dates. This allows for smooth bookings.
Guest messaging
My response time is with-in one hour of guest message. Hostaway has automated messaging for bookings and check-in and out.
Onsite guest support
I find contractors and cleaners for day-to-day, I can be there for bigger items. I manage the problem from start to finish.
Cleaning and maintenance
I hire experienced cleaners and meet with them and tour the place to deliver expectations.
Listing photography
You can provide photos or I can facilitate the look you desire for listing your property.
Interior design and styling
I am a woodworker and can provide custom built pieces for your space check out my listing to see examples of my work.
Licensing and hosting permits
I will call the city, township, and HOA to confirm what is needed for permits
Additional services
I provide a Schlage encode lock and an exterior security camera. I also provide a detailed list of anything your home needs.
