I make sure to get as much information about the listing in the app so that listings are comprehensive and accurate.
Setting prices and availability
I keep an eye out for upcoming events that will increase demand to get the most out of each listing.
Booking request management
I make sure the guest is a good fit for the listing and if it seems they missed something I inform before booking.
Guest messaging
I usually reply to guests within an hour.
Onsite guest support
I will assist guests with anything unsatisfactory, and will let the main host know of any issues that need their attention.
Listing photography
I am still learning real estate, but I’ve been doing photography for 10 years and recently invested in a wide angle lens.
Additional services
I do bookkeeping on the side, separate from co-hosting, and through my own business.

Mackenzie’s place is right down the road from the highway and the royals and chiefs stadium and close to restaurants and stores. It was a good place to stay for a few nights.
