I help you write your description in English focusing on the strong points of your home from the perspective of the guests.
Setting prices and availability
I will do research on the local market with equivalent spaces and offer suggestions to optimize price per night.
Booking request management
I manage my own property from every aspect without Instant Booking. I could do this too.
Guest messaging
I have a super fast response rate to guests, making sure to answer requests immediately.
Onsite guest support
I have a vast contact list of cleaners, tradespeople -plumbers, electricians, gardeners, septic maintenance, painters.
Cleaning and maintenance
I am very meticulous in cleaning with my team including laundry, ironing, outdoor spaces, bathrooms and walkways.
Listing photography
I can take as many photos as needed and edit them optimizing light and featuring the beautiful spaces.
Interior design and styling
I maintain a balance between practicality and comfort. I believe in adding lots of soft furnishings and personalizing.
Licensing and hosting permits
I work with a registered accountant and the local city.
Additional services
I take inventory and shop for trash bags, coffee, wine, detergents, soap, linens etc. whenever they get damaged or used up.
