Booking request management
I can compare booking requests with your calendar, inform interested parties about important things, or politely decline.
Guest messaging
As a self-employed person, I am available for chats and calls most of the day. Response time: Immediate to 2 hours.
Onsite guest support
I am usually available most hours of the day and can quickly respond to any problems that may arise.
Cleaning and maintenance
I will coordinate with a cleaning service you provide.
Listing photography
Taking cell phone photos, 2 per room, post-processing in Adobe Lightroom. I stage the things that are to be seen.
Interior design and styling
Guests love clarity and character. I am happy to suggest decorations or furniture that will significantly enhance their stay.
Licensing and hosting permits
I know what it took to rent out my own apartment.
Additional services
Create a laminated welcome sheet with the house rules and all the important information for the guests.
