My job is to tailor a cohosting strategy to what you need. I can take full control, or i can work along side oyu

Guest messaging

I have a less than an-hour response rate. I also have PMS that I add that keeps that up as well as looking at it myself.

Onsite guest support

I have a team in place for issues, this includes electricians, plumbers and handymen

Cleaning and maintenance

I have contacts in the STR space that I can use, or I can use a cleaner that you have and handle scheduling.

Listing photography

I can do photos myself, look at my other listings, I like to add "personality" to a listing, not just pretty photos of rooms

Interior design and styling

We look for unique aspects of the property together, and design a fun environment that people want to be in

Licensing and hosting permits

I have had to get these for my listings in Florida and Texas
