I will come out to see your property, take pictures & craft an amazing listing description that will showcase your property!

Setting prices and availability

We can use surrounding listings to compare your property & make sure we make you the most money while having satisfied guests

Booking request management

I answer guests promptly, and I make sure to check profiles to make sure that they are a good, safe fit to have stay.

Guest messaging

I'm attached to my phone for this reason. I reply immediately, and take the time to get to know guests.

Onsite guest support

I live and work local, always happy to help guests in person when needed!

Cleaning and maintenance

If you wish for me to clean your property, I will make sure it's up to my high standards. I want every review to be 5 stars!

Listing photography

We will work together to make sure we showcase the best parts of your space. Retouching, filters and using time of day light.

Interior design and styling

We want cozy, but minimalistic to keep costs down, and make cleaning easier. Focusing around a theme such as Vermont helps!

All local laws and regulations will be followed where applicable (not many in central VT)
