Setting prices and availability
Pricing is best set by looking at your comp set using dynamic pricing tools, setting seasonal rates for high and low seasons.
Booking request management
Rules can be set up in listing details, then I use a channel manager to respond and keep all platforms seamlessly synced.
Guest messaging
I can respond immediately or within a few hours. For many replies, like bookings, I create unique automatic reply messages.
Onsite guest support
With a team of "boots on the ground" someone is available mostly anytime a guest needs assistance, or within 24 hrs.
Cleaning and maintenance
My cleaners are highly trained and I have worked with me for years. My maintenance team is always ready to help.
Listing photography
I work with a local professional photographer. He offers, interior, exterior, twilight photos. Basic package is 40 photos.
Interior design and styling
I design cozy, welcoming spaces with color, texture & local charm, creating a home away from home. Let me style your rental!
Licensing and hosting permits
While this can be daunting, I am happy to work with city and county to obtain the correct permits and keep them active.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Sati’s in Joshua Tree! Check in was a breeze, and the home is spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. I’d stay again anytime!
