Set achievable goals and work to achieve those goals. Review current market conditions to ensure maximum revenue.
Booking request management
Ensure accuracy of calendars especially if published on multiple booking sites such as Airbnb, Vrbo and/or booking.com.
Guest messaging
Use templates as much as possible. Create new ones as needed.
Onsite guest support
I accept Co-Host responsibility for only areas where I can drive there myself. Face to face meeting is sometimes a must.
Cleaning and maintenance
Set standards and work with housekeeper to clean units as quickly as possible.
Listing photography
Set ideas on key marketing points. Utilize professionals for photos
Interior design and styling
Design the entire environment (inside and outside) based on theme for the unit.
Licensing and hosting permits
Rely on Airbnb for local taxes. Keep all revenue and expenses on accounting software for reporting needs.
