Setting prices and availability
Adjust rates according to demand, weekends, holidays, etc. Special discounts for longer stays, offers for repeat guests.
Booking request management
3 day min. with 1 day between guests, Insta book for more bookings, decline guests with negative reviews & update calendar
Guest messaging
As a host I have 100% response rate, which I plan to do as a co host. I'm never without my phone and am always available.
Onsite guest support
I give guests with my cell phone, which they are free to use anytime. I also check in with them to make sure they are happy
Cleaning and maintenance
Sanitize and clean all surfaces including linen & towels, mats, vacuum & mop the unit, empty garbage, refill toiletries etc
Listing photography
I use no less than 20 professional photos, showcasing key areas & standout features, with varied angles providing best views
Interior design and styling
I love a clean, functional, non clutter space that provides everything a guest may need with easy access & ease of mind.
Licensing and hosting permits
Monitor & research local regulations, make sure they are aware of HOA or condo rules, make sure they comply with local taxes
Additional services
Setting up the space and restocking supplies- coffee pod, towels, fresh flowers and more to make guests feel welcomed.
