Listing setup
I will walk you through and help with set up to make your listing stand out, including recommendations and home guides.
Setting prices and availability
I regularly check pricing and availability to maximize bookings. I know how to price for holidays, events, and seasonally.
Booking request management
I accept all guests. I send them messages upon booking, before they arrive, and upon arrival with a nice welcome guide.
Guest messaging
I’m on top of my Airbnb messages constantly, because I know the faster the response the better experience the guests have.
Onsite guest support
I’m available and more than happy to help, plus have a team who can pitch in when necessary!
Cleaning and maintenance
I have a recommended cleaner available, or can use one of your choosing.
Listing photography
I can take photos from my iPhone Pro or work with a local photographer who also takes drone shots.
Interior design and styling
