I have my phone in me for instant response, plus my husband is a General Contractor which comes in very handy

Cleaning and maintenance

I hire very good cleaners, I walk through before and after. I get your cleaning fee plus my 20%

Listing photography

I can hire local company to do so, however for my personal listings I do all myself, up to you- separate fee

Licensing and hosting permits

I follow my local county and state processes and I fully follow all regulations

Additional services

My husband i clean laundry ourselves, for mid term only- General contractor - is a different service pay him separately
