I accept all booking requests unless there is a conflict or good reason not to! Positive reviews allow for instant booking.
Guest messaging
I make it a goal of mine to respond to any messages within 5 minutes. I always ensure the guests are not left in the dark!
Onsite guest support
Guests will be able to message me for any issues that may arise. Depending on support needed, will correspond with homeowner
Cleaning and maintenance
I can coordinate cleanings with a local cleaner that I use. Cleaning fee will need to be included in listing.
Listing photography
I can coordinate a professional photographer to photograph property, at the homeowners expense.
Licensing and hosting permits
I can help guide the homeowner in the right direction!
