Listing setup
I will take care of the entire listing for you and assist with descriptions to gain more bookings. And no setup fees!
Setting prices and availability
With 3 years of experience I am aware of the demand and pricing cycles for stays, and will help you maximise your earnings.
Booking request management
I will manage bookings with either involvement from yourself for approvals or no involvement at all depending on your needs.
Guest messaging
I always reply within 24 hours, and normally am able to respond within 1 hour.
Onsite guest support
I am available for support during the stay both onsite or via phone.
Cleaning and maintenance
I have currently engaged a fantastic cleaning and turnover service (sheets, towels etc.) so you don't need to do a thing.
Listing photography
I can use photos provided by you or am happy to take all photos of your property to display its features and comforts.
Interior design and styling
I understand what guests need from a hosting and guest perspective, and what furniture or amenities are required.
Licensing and hosting permits
I am currently studying a Cert IV in property management so am familiar with local Airbnb laws and requirements.
Additional services
I offer a personal service both in Melbourne and down the coast, can greet guests on arrival and provide a welcome pack.
