Listing setup
I can help you navigate the Airbnb app, from the title to the description & setting your house rules. This service is $40/hr.
Setting prices and availability
Many people use AirDNA, I find it helps so much better to search your area in the app as a customer to do a market analysis!
Booking request management
Good communication is key, I reply to all inquiries and treat them as if they are my favorite person in the whole world!
Guest messaging
If you like, I can handle all guest messaging. Overnight booking requests are replied to the following morning.
Onsite guest support
I'm in Watauga, if your listing is close, I can arrive fast to assist for emergencies (such as lost key etc.)
Cleaning and maintenance
The cost for this is $40/hour if I clean it. Market rate varies if we hire a team. Flat rates can be negotiated.
Listing photography

Interior design and styling
We can source great furniture from FB marketplace & local retailers; for the room layout customers love in-room dining!
Licensing and hosting permits
Hosting 30+day stays typically does not require a permit. Please consult with your city or I'll call them for you to be sure!

In-person and virtual setup (app editing and building shopping your list) is $40/hr and billed daily during initial setup.
