Guests appreciate quick replies. I respond within an hour, typically less than that. I take pride in my communication.

I leave it up to my guests to communicate after they check in. I am on standby whenever guests are present, just in case.

Hiring the right cleaning crew is essential. Walkthroughs after cleanings serve as a great way to teach them expectations.

Accurate and clear photos are essential. 20-30 organized and edited photos are standard (may be more for larger homes).
Interior design and styling
AirBnb is an experience, not a stay at a hotel. Putting the city/hosts' personality into the property makes it special.
