Beautiful apartment, superb host, weird almost empty building.

Easy to communicate with, very nice and kind! The view was wonderful it was a super peaceful place to stay at really enjoyed it.

Trent is a great host and I appreciated the attention to the little details to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was fantastic and we took full advantage of sitting lakeside nightly to watch the beautiful Texas sunset. I highly recommend this host and his lovely property.

Trent’s place was pleasant and comfortable and served as a decent home away from home. The serene view from the balcony overlooking the water is pleasant and welcoming. I hope to try the kayaks next time. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a more private experience— and not a hotel.

I had a wonderful stay! Communication with Trent was excellent. He was responsive and quick to answer any questions. The directions to the apartment were clear and easy to follow. I especially appreciated how quiet the apartment was, making it perfect for relaxation. The view from both the living room and bedroom was beautiful, and the location was great—close to great restaurants and being able to walk around Lake Carolyn in the mornings, which enjoyed. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I needed, making my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend!
