Booking request management

I receive and evaluate booking requests (notifications, checking rates, understand their needs), accept or decline them.

Guest messaging

Responses sent within an hour & I am available from 10am to 10pm. I maintain regular communication & personalised assistance

Onsite guest support

Availability from 10am to 10pm and responses to any questions within an hour. Message reminders for check-out rules & times.

Cleaning and maintenance

I can do research, find and schedule cleaning services for the property at an extra fee (to be discussed).

Listing photography

Professional photoshooting for properties at East & North London (extra fee). One hour shooting, one round of retouches.

Interior design and styling

I am familiar with health and safety regulations and can provide advice if I realise that something can be an issue.
