Listing setup

I create the listings, organize the photos at the owner's request and always with their approval.

Setting prices and availability

I evaluate market prices to stay as close to reality as possible and thus make rentals profitable.

Booking request management

I decide with the owner on how to manage the rental

Guest messaging

I check the platform several times a day to respond as soon as possible

Onsite guest support

I do the check-in and checkout in person at the request of the owners and I am reachable 24/7 via apps

Cleaning and maintenance

Very picky about hygiene and storage in each property to make guests feel good.

Interior design and styling

I am passionate about decorating and do not hesitate to give advice for an improvement of the premises

Licensing and hosting permits

I have secretarial training and legal and tax training for seasonal rentals in progress.

Additional services

I offer other services such as connecting with companies that are useful for the proper functioning of the rental
