Guests get messages throughout their stay to make sure all is well, and I am local if there is an issue that requires a visit
Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaners follow a cleaning guide for each room & send pictures upon completion. Deep cleans can be done monthly if needed

Can handle hiring a local photographer for crisp, beautiful listing photos
Interior design and styling
Creating a space that catches peoples' attention is paramount! Fun designs, colors, and amenities mixed with comfort are key.
Licensing and hosting permits
Will assist you with process of obtaining required permits. Local requirements will be discussed with owner.
