Setting prices and availability
I can help you optimize your bookings with a strategic and efficient approach.
Booking request management
As I am available, I respond to customers on average within 15 minutes max, I save you time and energy :)
Guest messaging
I am generally always available from 7:30am to midnight, with a response time of 15 minutes maximum.
Onsite guest support
Depending on the arrival time, I can greet with hand delivery of the keys, or automate check-in.
Cleaning and maintenance
I know cleaning teams specialized in this type of rental and/or I can do the cleaning myself.
Listing photography
I usually take photos of the space and neighborhood, and do some editing to make the space look attractive.
Interior design and styling
You have to get out of the classic lifeless Airbnb, I'll help you create a style that suits you like I've done elsewhere.
Licensing and hosting permits
Working in finance, I can advise you and, if necessary, share my address book with you.
