A draft copy will be submitted for your review and edited to your satisfaction.
Setting prices and availability
Prices and availability will be updated based on your guidelines.
Booking request management
Customer inquiries will be answered and booking requests will be approved based on your criteria within an hour.
Guest messaging
Guests will be sent information about checkin and checkout. Questions will be answered within an hour during the day.
Onsite guest support
Requests will be granted based on your criteria, e.g. guests want more towels. Additional Travel fee for on-site visits.
Cleaning and maintenance
Scheduling and coordination with cleaning service (recommendations available). Purchase of additional supplies.
Listing photography
Scheduling and coordination with photographer. Propose which photos to use for the listing and write description.
Interior design and styling
Design, purchasing, and staging of property. This will also include advice on required vs optional supplies.
Licensing and hosting permits
Gather and submit the necessary paperwork for a rental license, if one is required.
Additional services
Writing house manual, creating local travel guide, managing keys/setting electronic locks per guests, coordinating repairs.
