This was a perfect place to relax with plenty to keep the kids busy with the games and the pool. The location is close to many attractions.

If you're looking for a home away from home, this is the place. Nice clean neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants, close to historical buildings 10 minutes to downtown.

Cute ranch style home. Host very quick to respond and helpful with local recommendations. We had a few hiccups during our stay but the host was very willing to accommodate our needs. Would prefer to be a bit closer to restaurants/things to do to walk to and explore the area but we had a vehicle so getting around wasn’t an issue. Inside of the home very clean and well taken care of.

Great location, 20 minutes from Busch Gardens, 10 minutes from outlet mall and lots of restaurants. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Quiet, nice pool, and plenty of supplies. Clear instructions for everything. Owner was very responsive to a small issue we had. Overall it was a great stay for a great price!

We enjoyed our month long stay and wished we had booked longer. Our days were spent lounging in the screened pool area. We felt right at home. Alan checked in several times to ensure we had everything needed. We would stay here again.

Our family loved the stay here. The pool was definitely a plus as the kids swam from the time we arrived to the day we left. It was a perfect fit for our size family and it was safe and a quiet neighborhood . The home was so comfortable. It will be my go to home whenever I am in the Tampa area moving forward!! Thanks for making us feel at home and enjoy ourselves.

Very cold pool. Yes, description mentions if weather is cold pool will not hit the 80 degrees that the heater is set for but said it would be warmer than air. It was not. It is unlikely the pool and heater had even been running before we arrived based on dirt layer on top of water and temperature. Pool was un-swimmable with young kids and filter/heater never turned on the time we were there (6 pm-8am) House shows lots of wear and tear. Counters had crumbs and floors were dirty. My toddler’s feet were black after less than an hour. Bed had a stain on the mattress and under the master bed had not been swept or vacuumed in a while based on the dust bunnies and trash underneath. There were 6 air fresheners going when we walked in and the smell was overpowering- if you are sensitive to smells, this was a hard place to stay at
