I complete a quick pre-screen of guests and accept bookings ASAP- within 1H.

Guest messaging

I respond within 1H and can be online 24/7 to offer guest support.

Onsite guest support

I am typically offsite unless an emergency warrants otherwise. I provide detailed support through the Airbnb app as needed.

Cleaning and maintenance

I work with a local team to ensure timely and efficient turn overs. I require after photos for peace of mind.

Listing photography

I hire a professional and experienced photographer; I am available to stage/clean/fluff the listing up during the photoshoot.

Interior design and styling

Simple, cozy and inviting are how I like to keep a space. We will include amenities throughout the design.

Licensing and hosting permits

I can assist with determining local permit requirements and maintaining current permit.
