Listing setup

I can walk a host through the entire set up, property description, how to take photos and setting up other fees.

Setting prices and availability

I am happy to help pricing and day to day adjustments to make sure income is flyin’ in.

Booking request management

I respond to guests within 60 seconds between the hours of 6am to 12midnight, I am very quick to resolve any issues.

Guest messaging

I will be happy to interact with the guests and do my best to meet their needs.

Onsite guest support

Because I have 2 listings already, I have a cleaning team and a handyman available within 24 hour notice.

Cleaning and maintenance

I will use my cleaning team and handyman. My team completes 10+ cleanings at my listings each month.

Listing photography

I know a property photographer who can take beautiful photos of your listing.

Interior design and styling

This is my lane, I love decorating! My guests gush over how I have decorated my first listing.

Licensing and hosting permits

I can walk you through any permit process or licensing, insurance as I have already walked that road myself.

Additional services

I am available all hours of the day to meet the needs of a host or a guest.

we stayed here for a wedding at the Denver Botanic Gardens and it was a perfectly walkable distance. we met Cody who was friendly and helpful. nice accomodations :)
