I can 100% communicate with your guests. I have 5 star rating with communication. I can handle inquiry and complaints.

Guest messaging

I can communicate with the guests, handle their requests, answer their questions, etc. I have great customer service skills.

Onsite guest support

I can buy your usual supplies ei: detergent, toilet paper. I can also handle customer nuances, call cops if needed.

Cleaning and maintenance

I can provide cleaner if needed, and handle maintenance requests.

Listing photography

I can help you find a professional photographer to make your listing stand out!

Interior design and styling

I can recommend an independent interior designer. Otherwise I can help you decorate accdg to what always worked for me.

Licensing and hosting permits

I will help you call the city to make sure you have all the necessary permits to stay legal.

Additional services

If guests breaks/lose something, I can call Airbnb to ask for reimbursement. I will treat your property like my own.
