Setting prices and availability
Price verification, analysis and relevance. Application of discounts and price optimization. Yield management on prices
Booking request management
Every booking is checked and analyzed. Based on the guest profile (rating and review), we make a decision
Guest messaging
Response within the hour at most during management time, i.e. from 8 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Onsite guest support
24/7 support (a weekend, public holidays and evening after 8pm package applies) by an MBC member
Cleaning and maintenance
Housekeeping evaluation grid, control software, guest call. Cleaning is our battle for total quality
Listing photography
Photographs that meet Airbnb's desired standards in order to have the most effective referencing and visibility
Interior design and styling
Optional: Updating, customization, interior design, furniture supply
Licensing and hosting permits
We provide a detailed rental report including all earnings and taxes for easy reporting
