Listing setup
We set up an optimized listing with descriptions, photos and guidebooks that stand out from the crowd.
Setting prices and availability
We use advanced PriceLabs customizations (leading software in the industry) to make sure that your prices are competitive.
Booking request management
We respond to every booking request promptly and address inquiries with honest answers.
Guest messaging
We handle all communications with guests during their stay, so you have peace of mind.
Onsite guest support
If anything comes up that requires a visit to the property, we will handle it. We ensure guests have a great stay every time.
Cleaning and maintenance
We manage the cleaning team for you, including communications, payments, training, and setting standards.
Listing photography
One-time setup fee of $3,000 per property, which includes all the hardware needed (locks, cameras), and professional photos.
Interior design and styling
In addition to Co-Hosting, we offer full interior design services (separate fee). We take empty homes and create masterpieces
Licensing and hosting permits
We will process all licenses and permits for you. We may need a signature or two, but you won't have to stress about it.
Additional services
Our fee structure is a 25% of gross revenue, $150/month software/tech fee, and $3,000 one-time setup (photos + hardware).
