I offer full listing Setup up on Airbnb with pictures, and pricing and property description.

Setting prices and availability

I do lots of research from online websites as well as a market analysis to ensure your listing calendar is maximized

Booking request management

I am very prompt at replying to all booking inquiries or questions and am happy to screen any potential guests.

Guest messaging

Prompt communication with guests is very important. I'm available 24/7 for guest needs and usually respond in 30 min or less.

Onsite guest support

I am available to respond to any messages from guests and will go to the property in person if the need arises.

Cleaning and maintenance

I will do regular inspections of the home after cleaners and maintenance crews are at the house.

Listing photography

I have a professional real estate photographer take pictures if needed. Cost of photos are owners responsibility.

Interior design and styling

I can help with design and furnishing of homes. An inviting and comfortable home is very important.

Additional services

I do a walk through with the owner with recommendations for furnishings and list of supplies to help the owner get started.
