Onsite guest support
Our 20% management fee includes all ongoing guest support. However, additional fees will apply for onsite maintenance.
Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning fees are included in each guest charge. Maintenance costs will be deducted from owner payouts.
Listing photography
Listing photography can be arranged, but will be charged directly to the owner, as the rights will belong to the owner.
Interior design and styling
We are happy to offer interior design and styling for an additional hourly fee.
Licensing and hosting permits
Obtaining licensing and hosting permits will be the responsibility of the owner.
