Listing setup

All aspects of your listing setup: design & decor, furniture assembly, photography, and Airbnb profile listing setup.

Setting prices and availability

Using dynamic pricing tools took my business from a hobby to a profession.

Booking request management

I personally vet and screen all of my guests. I ask for referrals for anyone that doesn't have any reviews.

Guest messaging

I reply within an hour or less to my guests, and will do the same for yours.

Onsite guest support

I ask for properties I co-host to have a contactless check-in, as it gives the ultimate flexibility.

Cleaning and maintenance

I use word of mouth cleaning recommendations and Turno as a backup.

Listing photography

I advocate for professional pictures and for 3-D Matterport and/or videos to be taken.

Interior design and styling

I have an in-house design and install team!

Licensing and hosting permits
