The Cozy Cottage is 4 minutes from my daughter’s apartment and was an easy drive into Lynchburg downtown. We arranged this stay kind of at the last minute and Jennifer was responsive and got us in quickly. The Cozy Cottage is perfect for a stay in Lynchburg with the bonus of being able to do light cooking if needed. The neighborhood is quiet.

Definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay close to Ocala National Forest biking trails. We were able to ride to them from the house. The house was super clean, linens super soft, the back porch was amazing. Host made everything easy.

We have stayed in lots of air bnbs and this place was a 10/10. Hosts left us little snacks to have which was lovely. Normally when we rent a place we end up having to tidy the house… but this house was extremely clean. The hosts were flexible and allowed guests to come. We will definitely be staying here again!

The birdhouse was SO nice! Absolutely beautiful views! It was amazing to be that close to the water and it was so pretty!! Super clean house, very comfortable, cozy beds & hot showers with good water pressure. Really enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table, pool table, and lots of space to relax. Jennifer was great at communicating everything and answering all our questions! The only thing I would add would be extra pots & cookie sheets & oven mitts in the kitchen. Also the kitchen fridge has an ice maker which was really nice to have! I would highly recommend staying here!

We were so happy to find Dawn's home as a last minute trip. After riding our Harley for 4 hours we were exhausted, thirsty and tired. We arrived earlier than our check In time and We were accommodated with an early checkin. wish was GREATLY APPRECIATED! Upon arrival, We were more than thrilled to find ice cold bottle water in the fridge. The coffee station was a plus and all the essentials for a mini vacation. The home was immaculate and pristine. Simply beautiful!! We normally stay in The Villages when we visit Leesburg once a year. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. We will be booking again next year. It was like our home away from home. Comfortable and relaxing. Wish we could've stayed longer. Till next year!!
