My services

Listing setup

I set up your property in my PMS software to push your listing to AirBNB, and other booking platforms, + direct booking.

Setting prices and availability

To maximize the ADR, I utilize Dynamic Pricing so pricing will fluctuate with demand, seasonality, events, etc.

Booking request management

I manage all incoming requests and guest screening. I collect a Rental Agreement, Damage Deposit, & Photo ID w/ all bookings.

Guest messaging

I have a response rate of under an hour on average, with guest messaging being my specialty!

Onsite guest support

I'm available for anything that might arise during a guest's stay! I will ensure if something goes wrong, I'm available.

Cleaning and maintenance

I work with dedicated cleaning teams with 5-star ratings- ensuring a positive guest experience.

Listing photography

I require professional photos of my listings. I work w/ my photo partner for 30 HDR pictures, with editing as needed.

Interior design and styling

I have extensive experience designing and remodeling specific to STR needs, and can also assist with launching your STR.

Licensing and hosting permits

I can assist you with complying with local laws, permits, and regulations.
