Check-in in person or independently (key box). Attentive, available to resolve issues during the stay.

Cleaning and maintenance

cleaning by me. 65 euros (2 hours cleaning and laundry of bed linen + towels). €30 per additional hour

Listing photography

Help with taking photos, 2 to 4 photos per space, staging.

Interior design and styling

Promotion, writing the welcome booklet, seasonal decoration (Christmas, etc.)

Licensing and hosting permits

Oral advice on administrative and tax matters.

Additional services

Purchases of consumables, welcome products, and anything else defined with you.
