Setting prices and availability

Market research in the area to define the right prices and length of stays to maximize revenue

Booking request management

Management of booking requests to select the right clientele for the level of the apartment to be rented

Guest messaging

Continuous management of communication with guests, before, during and after their stay

Onsite guest support

Assistance from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm seven days a week if needed

Cleaning and maintenance

Coordination of cleaning and laundry based on the needs of the apartment.

Listing photography

€300 for professional photography and listing creation. Or included in the complete management package

Licensing and hosting permits

€300 to start all the paperwork with the relevant municipality and the police station.
