Listing setup
No SETUP FEES!!! We setup your listing and manage its SEO.
Setting prices and availability
To keep our prices low, we charge a 15% Net Payout minus cleaning fee and a $50 a month tech fee.
Booking request management
We respond to inquiries and all guests within minutes. We will also vet inquiries to ensure quality guests.
Guest messaging
Automated messages keep guests informed. We also personally message guests with minutes of their questions.
Onsite guest support
We live locally and are happy to assist. Otherwise, we have many local team members as well.
Cleaning and maintenance
We have an amazing cleaning team but willing to work with your current cleaners if they are up to our standards.
Listing photography
We work directly with photographers to ensure the best photos are taken. We also have 12 years of Photography experience.
Interior design and styling
I will work alongside a designer or give ideas and options to the owners if they prefer to do the design.
Licensing and hosting permits
Licensed Real Estate Brokers that own our brokerage.
Additional services
Everything but accounting and tax prep. But we can recommend someone.
