This would include photos, staging, amenities consultation, any shopping, and design elements.
Setting prices and availability
My fees are percentage based between 10 and 20% depending on the services needed. This is flexible.
Booking request management
Generally, we pre-determine prices and goals for the property, and this can be either automated or on a case by case basis.
Guest messaging
I'd be happy to create auto generated messages and guides as well as any details they'll need as they arise.
Onsite guest support
I am happy to be as hands on or off as the check in process requires, and can accommodate any last minute requests.
Cleaning and maintenance
I have a team of cleaners and handymen throughout the city who are full time, and easily available for a reasonable price.
Listing photography
I have both professional photographers within the city, as well as appropriate equipment for self-made listings.
Interior design and styling
Everything from sheets to throw blankets and furniture services available, at different price points depending on the home.
Additional services
Any amenities, welcome guests, or hospitality is welcome and included within the process as a co-host.
