Listing setup
It is essential to take advantage of the strengths of each property, creating distinctive elements that make it interesting
Setting prices and availability
Set prices based on national events and holidays, including foreign ones, e.g. spring breaks
Booking request management
I use Instant Book, I only receive requests for the same day or the next day and I usually take them all
Guest messaging
Except for messages that arrive in the middle of the night, often due to different time zones, the response time is always immediate
Onsite guest support
Guests always have my number to call 24/7, if they lose their keys, the meter disconnects, etc...
Cleaning and maintenance
I'm part of a reliable team with 2 other people and we also take care of the laundry. Never a complaint in over 8 years.
Listing photography
Needless to say, it's fundamental. The first step in creating a listing.
Interior design and styling
Focus on modern style in furniture and colors. I don't like photos of the city or other "vacation home" elements
Licensing and hosting permits
We take care of the necessary paperwork, including the CIR, CIN, and guest registration on the appropriate portal
Additional services
Listing creation, photo shoot, cleaning, check-in, info service and guest assistance during the stay
