Listing photography

I take great photos to showcase your listing using my DSLR camera and drone, this is provided with my listing set-up fee.

Interior design and styling

I have my own Interior design and decor company that I operate that focuses on hospitality spaces.

Licensing and hosting permits

I do not provide this service directly, but can provide some guidance.

Listing setup

I provide turn-key services for setting up a brand new listing; from decor to every last detail on the listing!

Setting prices and availability

I work along side each client to set the pricing parameters and work off their availabilities to ensure we get full bookings

Booking request management

I review guest reviews & ask detailed questions prior to approving a request, making sure they are a good fit for your space

Guest messaging

I am very proactive & professional with all guests, I make sure they get check in/out info & respond to questions right away

Onsite guest support

In case of an emergency or any issues arise, I or a member of my team will be onsite to support the guest.

Cleaning and maintenance

I have a team of cleaners, I always make sure the space is spotless, my hospitality cleaning is held to a very high standard.

Additional services

I provide customized guidebooks/house rule books for each listing, this is included in my set-up fee.
