Listing setup

I will let you know of any items, maintenance needed to ready your listing and also coordinate photos at my expense.

Setting prices and availability

I use dynamic pricing with Pricelabs at my own cost. We can create a custom plan that suits your needs best.

Booking request management

All guests will be screened before accepting reservations. I will handle all of accepting and declining guests.

Guest messaging

I create auto messaging with clear information to reduce the messaging needed but answer additional questions as well.

Onsite guest support

I only co-host in areas I am close to and am always available to have other myself or staff available to be on site.

Cleaning and maintenance

I coordinate all cleanings and walk through the properties after the cleaners but before check in to ensure a high standard.

Listing photography

I higher a professional at my own cost to take pictures. We make sure the photos tell a story of a vacation.

Interior design and styling

I can also offer general advice but I am not a professional designer nor do I have any training. I can refer pros though.

Licensing and hosting permits

I help coordinate the permitting process and any required inspections as part of my service.

Additional services

I offer full service management. You can "hand over the keys" and do nothing else if that's what you'd like.
