Listing setup
I answer inquiries, track the reservation from start to finish, and, for more views, I can advertise it on my profile.
Setting prices and availability
I try to adapt the space and the values according to the needs and objectives of the host, within the reality of the market.
Booking request management
I can answer inquiries, close deals, manage the calendar, and virtually monitor check-in and checkout.
Guest messaging
Since Airbnb messages are notified on my phone, I respond briefly, almost never waiting more than 30 minutes.
Onsite guest support
I monitor check-in and try to resolve unforeseen events virtually. If necessary, I'll go to the site to resolve unforeseen issues.
Cleaning and maintenance
I use a cleaning service, recommended by me or the host. I change bed and bath linens. I replenish essential items.
Listing photography
If the host takes the photos, I can give retouching tips. If they have difficulties, I can take the photos.
Interior design and styling
Ideally, the decor and organization of the space should be thought of together.
Licensing and hosting permits
I help you understand specific laws and regulations and inform you of new updates. I intend to offer personalized help.
Additional services
I offer labor service for small repairs free of charge, with the cost of the material being borne by the host.
