We vet all guests who try to book or instant book your properties by asking many questions to ensure it is a good fit.
Guest messaging
Guests are responded to promptly. My phone number is added to your airbnb account to guests call us if there are issues.
Onsite guest support
Myself and my team use Imessage and what-sapp. This is not a normal company where you call and get some answering service.
Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning and maintenance is all handled by our team. I have many vetted contractors who have worked with me for years.
Listing photography
I have an amazing photographer who can make your listing shine (costs apply to the owner)
Interior design and styling

Licensing and hosting permits
Owners are required to file for permits when available. I know the permit process in almost every allowable city.

The house was well maintain, yard was just as described in the pictures, only downside was we thought the backyard would be bigger but overalls a great home.
