I utilize a paid service (no cost to you) to apply dynamic pricing. This helps with income AND occupancy
Booking request management
I will handle 100% of guest bookings, communication, issues and reviews post check out.
Guest messaging
I will handle 100% of all messaging - as long as that is what the host wants :)
Onsite guest support
I will always be available for guest support and will assist until the issue is resolved.
Cleaning and maintenance
I oversee cleaners and ensure above satisfactory cleanliness. My rentals have a 4.9 across the cleanliness scale on Airbnb.
Listing photography
I can handle scheduling and getting photos done. I will also market the listing with social media content.
Interior design and styling
I am happy to take a look and give suggestions on interior setup to ensure guests are happy with the space.
Licensing and hosting permits
I serve on the board of the Vermont Short Term Rental Alliance and keep all hosts informed of changes in laws and regulations
