Listing setup

I assist with prelisting walkthrus to optimize the space and minimize the amount of work needed to prepare between guests.

Setting prices and availability

Many factors determine how pricing can be balanced to minimize vacancy and maximize returns. Each property is unique.

Booking request management

I regularly check the app and have alerts active. I also use spreadsheets for individual space management and projections.

Guest messaging

I've discovered it best to use both automated messages and live messages, as appropriate.

Onsite guest support

I'm quick to respond to Guest issues, I don't work with locations far away, as I am quick to hop in my car for resolutions.

Cleaning and maintenance

I have a great relationship with a cleaner and if they are not available, I'm happy to do it myself, at a discounted rate.

Listing photography

I recommend professional photos, but have an amazing camera & a good eye myself. So, the decision would be yours.

Interior design and styling

My focus isn't so much on the cute & decorative, as it leads to more cleaning. So, I recommend a minimalist approach.

Licensing and hosting permits

I'm happy to manage the process for you, for $50 but you'll still have to pay the associated fee, in 2024 it's $150/year.

Additional services
