After having a conversation with you, I review your listing and provide tips and recommendations to maximize potential.
Setting prices and availability
Work with guests on what their goals are, the reason for doing this airbnb and what does a good month or year look like.
Booking request management
It is important to know guests profile and background, this includes reviews. I also converse with guest re booking purpose.
Guest messaging
I will respond within 1 -2 hours of text within the hours of 7am to 9pm.
Onsite guest support
All checkins/checkouts are virtual, where guests require physical assistance I will make myself available re urgency.
Cleaning and maintenance
I have a crew that handles the cleaning and I do a thorough check post every clean. This includes rooms and shared space.

This is on an as needed basis and added service
Interior design and styling
Not included but can provide as added service

Beautiful home that is very well kept. Host was very responsive and very pleasant to interact with. my wife and I felt right at home. We will definately be back to stay again.
