Booking request management

We handle all guest inquiries and manage your booking rules.

Guest messaging

We do not outsource or use AI for guest communications. We communicate directly with guests to provide a personal experience.

Onsite guest support

In rare instances we need to arrive on-site to assist a guest. In most cases, this is included in our standard services.

Cleaning and maintenance

We can recommend cleaners. However, you may use your preferred vendors. We coordinate with them to ensure guest satisfaction

Listing photography

We provide this service (often free of charge)

Interior design and styling

Erin will offer general aesthetic guidance. Additional services here are available for a fee.

Licensing and hosting permits

We guide you through how to obtain the certificates and permits. We do all we can to make this as simple as possible.
