Listing setup
For $250 I will have a comprehensive zoom meeting with you that will cover everything I need to set up an optimised profile.
Setting prices and availability
I do this for free as part of my Listing setup, and if you would like ongoing support we will sign up a contract with my co.
Booking request management
All of this taken care of, thats the point! You just need to be clear with your cohost about your property's availability.
Guest messaging
Again, all of this is taken care of and I'm good at it, I always maintain a good rapport with people from all backgrounds.
Onsite guest support
We don't do onsite check-ins, but do organise for cleaning and maintenance items for you (charged separately)
Cleaning and maintenance
Since the beginning we work closely with a company that provides quality cleaning, maintenance, can even do pest control.
