Listing setup
I handle coordinating photos, optimizing descriptions & pricing, and research inventory to prepare the listing for guests.
Setting prices and availability
I manage pricing & calendar availability on your behalf & we'll discuss a working strategy beforehand to be on the same page.
Booking request management
I will review and respond to all booking requests in a timely manner & will ensure the guests are guided to book your place.
Guest messaging
I'll welcome guests to the property, coordinate issues & house rules, check-in/check-out info, and solidifying a 5 * review.
Onsite guest support
I'll coordinate plumbing/electrical/HVAC and cleaning support, & I'll also come by the property as needed for pictures/review
Cleaning and maintenance
I will help clean and coordinate additional deep cleanings as necessary with my team to provide a processional turn over.
Listing photography
My team will help take professional photos we've used on all our Airbnb's (can check them to confirm) and they work great!
Interior design and styling
My Fiance and I are professional decorators and we will help decorate/style and furnish your place completely from scratch!
Licensing and hosting permits
I will help you submit for the local permit/licensing requirements for STR!
