Listing setup
I will note items that need to be revised (ex; paint, declutter), photograph, and create a warm, detailed description.
Setting prices and availability
Besides app recommendations, I use my own micro location research regarding pricing and season assessment, to set pricing.
Booking request management
To ensure max revenue, we will agree on risk vs. reward level. For instance, not allowing unreviewed guests to auto-book.
Guest messaging
I reply to inquiries within minutes, to ensure great customer service, and satisfied clients, unless at dinner or sleeping.
Onsite guest support
Pre-planning truly minimizes problems, however, a Home Appliance Warranty, reg. walk throughs, & short list of handymen help.
Cleaning and maintenance
I have a team of 4 cleaners (used to Airbnb) available for scheduling, who I have been working with for over a decade.
Listing photography
I will take photos of each room & outdoor guest area, or direct your photographer, if needed. I retake than retouch.
Interior design and styling
