Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning is charged to you monthly. We arrange the cleaners and check there work every time with images to avoid complaints.
Listing photography
We use a professional photographer which is priced accordingly. Images sell the listing.
Interior design and styling
We provide interior design services and procurement and installation of furniture if required. We charge 18% or 12%
Licensing and hosting permits
We can help advise arrange use of building change application for London if that is required.

Property Reports give you a clear insight into your annual rental value before you go ahead. £20 - £50 market data.
